1) Scope of services
LogicTech provides fixed‑price clearly defined Tasks such as reviews audits documentation and small implementations
Tasks are performed by our own team of skilled professionals with experience across software design compliance and related domains
Each Task is independent changes or additional requirements are not modifications of an existing Task and require you to cancel and place a new order suited to the revised scope
2) Ordering pricing and payment
Prices are displayed for each Task prior to checkout and represent a fixed cost for the defined scope
Payment is required in advance Your payment is processed securely through trusted acquiring partners and complies with industry standards including PCI DSS and 3‑D Secure authentication LogicTech does not store card details
If you wish to change or expand the scope after placing an order you must place a new Task order under the then‑current pricing Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy
3) Delivery and acceptance
Each Task specifies an indicative delivery window generally 2–5 business days starting once your order and required information are received
When a Task is complete the deliverables are sent to the email address registered with your order and delivery is evidenced by timestamped dispatch from our system to that address
You may request one revision within 2 business days of receiving the deliverables and by placing an order you agree that communication notices and delivery of digital content may be provided electronically
If no revision is requested within this period the Task is considered accepted
For transparency we maintain internal records of order IDs delivery timestamps and revision history
4) Client responsibilities
Provide clear and accurate information needed to complete the Task
Do not submit passwords payment details or sensitive personal data provide only information relevant to the Task
Uploaded files are handled with care stored securely and removed within 30 days of Task completion unless otherwise required by law
You are responsible to ensure that any graphics symbols or designs you provide are either owned by you or licensed for free use we cannot accept responsibility for intellectual property violations caused by client‑supplied material
5) Changes and new orders
Tasks are scoped and priced individually if your request materially alters the scope cancel the original Task and place a new one that matches the adjusted work
6) Prohibited use
You may not use LogicTech services for activities that are illegal harmful or prohibited under applicable law including but not limited to
- Infringing intellectual property privacy or publicity rights
- Using false identities or misrepresenting ownership of payment instruments initiating payments for third parties card testing or synthetic identity activity
- Mining or extracting data from websites or services in violation of terms or intellectual property including automated scraping or harvesting
- Crypto or virtual asset services gambling adult content weapons hazardous materials financial advice identity verification outsourcing or scraping of protected data
7) Confidentiality and intellectual property
We treat client materials as confidential and use them only to fulfill the Task unless disclosure is required by law
Upon acceptance and full payment deliverables created specifically for your Task become your property excluding LogicTech pre‑existing know‑how tools and third‑party materials used under license
8) Compliance and sanctions
You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions and that you are not a restricted or denied party under applicable laws
9) Limitation of liability
LogicTech provides services with due skill and care but cannot guarantee particular commercial outcomes
Our total liability for any claim related to a Task is limited to the amount you paid for that Task
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
10) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic
Courts in Prague Czech Republic have exclusive jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable
11) Amendments
We may update these Terms updated versions apply to new orders from the date of posting ongoing Tasks remain under the Terms in force at the time of order
