1) General principles
This Refund Policy applies to all fixed‑price professional services ("Tasks") purchased from LogicTech s.r.o. Each Task is a separate contract for digital services. By placing an order you agree to this policy
2) Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel a Task before we have begun work you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid
3) Cancellation after work has begun
If you cancel after we have started work but before delivery LogicTech may provide a partial refund proportional to the work completed at the time of cancellation
4) After delivery
Once a Task has been delivered refunds are limited to cases where LogicTech fails to deliver the defined scope of work as described at the time of order placement
One revision is included with every Task within two business days of delivery If you request a revision within this period we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the deliverables to meet the defined scope
5) Method of refund
Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method originally used to purchase the Task Refunds will be credited within a reasonable time after approval depending on the card network or payment provider
6) Non‑refundable cases
- Change of mind after delivery where the Task was completed as agreed
- Requests for work outside the original Task scope
- Failure to provide sufficient information or files necessary to perform the Task
